A first time homebuyer tax credit has been signed into law as part of the Stimulus Package that was created by President Obama. There are many questions as well as many misconceptions that are floating around regarding this legislation. In this month's article I am going to try to clear up some of those questions.   The tax credit in this stimulus plan is for first-time homebuyers only.
